Cancellation Policy

At YYH HUB SOLUTIONS SDN BHD 202501006542 (1607956-V), we understand that customers may sometimes need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation requests, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

1. 🕒 Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
  • Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our customer service team.

2. 📦 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you no longer require the product after shipment, you may need to receive the item first and submit a request under our Return & Exchange Policy, where applicable.

3. 💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For an approved cancellation where payment has already been made:

  • The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed.

4. 🔄 Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place an order with incorrect information or purchase the same item more than once, please contact us immediately.

We will try our best to assist with cancellation or amendment before the order enters the processing stage.

We may cancel an order when necessary, including situations such as:

  • Payment verification problems
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Delivery restrictions

Where payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be arranged.
